Lost
Stones
We will replace any small diamond (i.e., side stone) sold from and
set by The Princess Jewelers that is lost from jewelry described on
the reverse side of this document if the following conditions are met:
(1)
the loss resulted directly from a defective setting,
(2)
the jewelry was inspected by The Princess Jewelers
within six months prior to the loss,
(3)
the inspection was recorded on this form, and
(4)
all necessary repairs and cleaning of the jewelry
were performed by The Princess Jewelers.
The Princess
Jewelers will, within the terms of this warranty, repair
or replace the setting in which the diamond was set if the
setting is defective, provided the six-month inspections
specified above have been performed.
The warranty is not effective if loss is due to improper care or if
inspections and repairs are performed by anyone other than The Princess
Jewelers.This warranty is not transferable or assignable to others.
Upgrades The original purchaser may trade in
any diamond purchased from The Princess Jewelers
for the full amount paid, which may be applied
only toward the purchase of a diamond valued
at least one and one-half times greater than
the figure specified above. Full credit may not
be given if the stone has been damaged or subjected
to excessive wear since its purchase.
Refunds Any jewelry purchased from The Princess
Jewelers may be returned for full refund or
credit within 30 days of the purchase provided
the jewelry is in the same condition it was
in when sold.
